What we can help with
- A printable that will not open, print, or looks wrong
- Questions about what is inside a pack before you buy
- Requests to delete your email address from our list
- Press, partnership or licensing questions
- Telling us an article is unclear, or wrong — we would genuinely rather know
What we cannot help with
We cannot give advice about your individual child. We do not know them, and answering as though we did would be unhelpful at best. For that, a paediatrician or a licensed mental health professional where you live is the right person.
If a child is in immediate danger or talking about harming themselves, contact your local emergency number or nearest emergency department now — please do not email us and wait.
Order problems
Purchases happen on Etsy, so anything about an order — a missing download, a refund, a receipt — is fastest through Etsy messages on the order itself. Email us if Etsy is not working for you and we will help from this side.
